As standard practice, we do not offer any refunds, exchanges or returns on orders

• We do not warranty our enrichment products against chewing, please ensure to follow the safety guidelines provided through our site
• We suggest to extend the life of the product that they be hand washed
• Our treats are made in small batches and are not eligible for return/refund

We take pride in inspecting all items during our quality control check  prior to packing them up for your dog, however if there is an error with your order please contact us immediately to allow us to resolve the concern and keep your dog happy!
